En visitant Ypres, Sachin apprend que 1,4 million d’Indiens ont été enrôlés par les Britanniques pour combattre au champ d’honneur pendant la Première Guerre mondiale. À l’aide d’enregistrements audio, de lettres, de chansons et d’archives, il fait revivre ses ancêtres anonymes.

While visiting Ypres, Sachin learns that 1.4 million Indians were conscripted by the British to fight on the Flanders Fields during the First World War. Using audio recordings, letters, songs and archives, he brings his anonymous ancestors back to life.
